3.1 The 7-Day Fitting Window
We want you to feel confident in every piece. If a garment doesn’t fit or meet your expectations, you may initiate a return within 7 days of delivery.
3.2 Return Conditions
To ensure the quality of our collection:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- All original tags and designer packaging must be intact.
- Items with makeup stains, perfume scents, or signs of wear will not be accepted for return.
3.3 Refund Processing
Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will notify you of the status. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
